TH Aragorn’s Velvet & Satin – Smokey Black Tobiano Gypsy/QH Filly Born 6/17/09 TH Aragorn X Pearlescent Satin RR
Velvet is a wonderful example of the Gypsy/Quarter Horse cross. She is well conformed, heavy boned, and just plain beautiful! Of course I may be a little biased. Velvet is already displaying the wonderful personality of her sire. She is an extremely sweet and sensitive filly. She loves getting scratches and will whinny after me if I stop scratching her and leave the pasture. She is out of our sweet perlino mare, Satin, so she carries a hidden crème gene and could produce buckskin or palomino in the future. She is the only offspring of my amazing boy, Aragorn. It was hard to think about selling her but her new owner, Sharon, bought her in utero before I could get too attached! Congratulations Sharon on your wonderful new filly!!!
